3. Motion approving the purchase of forty (40) portable radios from Dailey & Wells
Communications, Inc, of San Antonio, Texas in the amount of $35,695. The
award is based on sole source. The portable radios will be utilized by the Health
Department. Funds are available from the Health Department Grant Fund.
