MOTIONS - 07/26/05
20. Motion authorizing the City Manager to execute a Deferment Agreement with
Shoreline Oaks, Inc., (Developer), in the amount of $52,700.91 for public
improvements including street pavement, curb, gutter and sidewalks, for the
future street construction improvements to Purdue Road west of Flour Bluff Drive
for a distance of 835 linear feet within the Shoreline Oaks Subdivision Unit 1, in
accordance with the Platting Ordinance.
