24.a. Motion to amend prior to second reading ordinance amending the Code of
Ordinances, City of Corpus Christi, Chapter 55 regarding rules and procedures
for public access cablecasting by replacing "user" with "producer" and clarifying
schedule provided to cable operators by access user group.
