Code of Ordinances, Chapter 9, Section 9-61, permit for airport ground
transportation operations, by revising the fees and charges by revising
Paragraph (b)5 "Charter Vehicle" fee from $10.00 to $5.00; providing for an
effective date of September 1, 2005; providing for repeal; providing for penalties.
