3 Motion approving a supply agreement with National Waterworks, Inc., of Corpus
Christi, Texas for pre-fabricated manholes in accordance with Bid Invitation No.
BI-0102-05 based on low bid for an estimated annual expenditure of $43,620.
The term of the supply agreement will be for twelve months with an option to
extend for up to two additional twelve-month periods subject to the approval of
the supplier and the City Manager or his designee. Funds have been budgeted
by Wastewater for FY 2005-2006.
