16. Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute a construction
contract with Rabalais I & E Constructors, of Corpus Christi, Texas in the amount
of $97,888 for the O. N. Stevens Water Treatment Plant On-Going Generator
Testing and Maintenance FY 2005-2006.
