MOTIONS - 08/23/05
23 Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute a twelve-month
software maintenance agreement with Tiburon, Inc., of Fremont, California in an
amount not to exceed $96,150. Included in the maintenance agreement are the
Tiburon modules for Records Management, Computer Aided Dispatch, Mobile
Data, Automated Vehicle Locator and Video Imaging.

for any other purpose.
