25. Motion authorizing the City Manager to execute a Standard Form Contract for
Providing Water Where Property is Situated Partly or Wholly Beyond City Limits
with Bay Area Fellowship, a Texas domestic nonprofit corporation, owner and
developer of Bay Area Fellowship Church Tract. Block 1, Lot 1, located east of
Chapman Ranch Road and south of the Oso Creek, in accordance with the City
Code of Ordinances, Article VIII-Water Service Outside City, Section 55-111
Contract requirements where land is partly or wholly beyond City.
