Northrop Grumman Commercial Information Services, Inc., of Herndon, Virginia
in the amount of $2,964,970 to provide all components and labor necessary for
implementation of Phase 1 of the Citywide Automated Meter Reading (AMR)
project. including infrastructure rehabilitation.
