12,a. Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute a contract with
the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services for funding in the
amount of $213,000 from the Community Youth Development Program for the
78415 ZIP Code for projects as recommended by the Community Youth
Development Steering Committee for Fiscal Year 2005-2006, Contract Period
September 1, 2005 through February 28, 2006.
