17. Motion authorizing a Settlement Agreement with Dan Orville Dennis, et al and
tenant Boyd Liska Farms for Parcel 4, containing a Utility and Temporary
Construction Easement located east of Clarkwood Road and south of McGloin
Road and authorizing a settlement payment in total amount of $30,387, of which
$22,948,40 has been previously deposited with the Nueces County Court
Registry, all in connection with the Southside Water Transmission Main, Phase
2, Project #8274, and for other municipal purposes.
