13. Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute Amendment No.
1 to the Contract for Professional Services with Bath Engineering Corporation, of
Corpus Christi, Texas in the amount of $6,190 for a total re-stated fee of $30,290
for the Convention Center Roof Top Air Handling Units Replacement - Phase 1.
