MOTIONS - 10/11/05
.\ Motion approving a software maintenance and licensing supply agreement with
SHI-Government Solutions, of Austin, Texas for Novell NetWare Operating
System, Novell GroupWise and Novell ZENWorks in accordance with the State
of Texas Cooperative Purchasing Program for an estimated annual expenditure
of $76,24743 The term of the contract will be for twelve months with an option
to extend for up to two additional twelve month periods subject to the approval of
the supplier and the City Manager or his designee
