24 Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute a Right-of-Way
and Utility Easement Instrument with Patricia Peterson Nuss and Christy Ann
Peterson Brown collectively dba Related Investors, Ltd., for the acquisition of
Parcel 501A in the total amount of $52,896.83 containing a Utility, Right-of-Way,
and Temporary Construction Easement, necessary for the Southside Water
Transmission Main, Phase 5, Project #8391, and for other municipal purposes.
