25. Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute a Right-of-Way
and Utility Easement Instrument with Jonny Salomonsen and wife, Vicki
Salomonsen, for the acquisition of Parcel 528 in the total amount of $58,000,
containing a Utility, Right-of-Way, and Temporary Construction Easement,
necessary for the Southside Water Transmission Main, Phase 5, Project #8391,
and for other municipal purposes.
