32 Motion authorizing the City Manager to execute a Half Street Deferment
Agreement with Diamond Head Development Co., (Developer), in the amount of
$13,056.81 for public improvements including street pavement, curb, gutter, and
sidewalks, for the future street construction improvements to Homedale Street
between the east and west limits of Homedale Addition Unit 1, located south of
Purdue Drive and east of Flour Bluff Drive, in accordance with the Platting
Ordinance.
