8 b Motion approving payment of $111,466.27 developer's contribution from the
Boardwalk Unit 1 subdivision from the No. 4730 Infrastructure Fund to Ann H.
Bratton, Independent Executor of the Estate of Mark Bratton, Trustee, for
disbursement to the appropriate Funding Owners, in accordance with the Offsite
Drainage Development contract, Master Plan Drainage Channel 31, between the
City of Corpus Christi and Trustee,
