MOTIONS - 10/25/05
3 Motion approving a Municipal Lease Line of Credit with Banc of America Leasing
and Capital, LLC, of Chicago, Illinois in accordance with Bid Invitation No, BI-
0025-06 based on low bid for an estimated annual expenditure of $154,854.
The term of the contract is for twenty-four months with options to extend for up to
two additional twelve-month periods subject to the approval of the contractor and
the City Manager or his designee.
