18.C: Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute a Construction
Materials Engineering Laboratory's Inspection and Materials Testing Services
Contract with Kleinfelder, Inc., of Corpus Christi, Texas in the amount of $32,270
for the Rincon Bayou Diversion Project Intake Pump Station, Diversion Pipeline,
and Discharge Structure Hondo Creek Bridge Replacement Project.
