MOTIONS - 11/08/05
13. Motion authorizing the City Manager to execute a Half Street Deferment
Agreement with Diamondhead Development Co., (Developer), in the amount of
$14,64650 for public improvements including street pavement, curb, gutter and
sidewalks, for the future street construction improvements to Homedale Street
between the east and west limits of Homedale Addition Unit 2,
located south of Purdue Drive east of Flour Bluff Drive, in accordance with the
Platting Ordinance.
