5 Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute the Local Project
Advanced Funding Agreement with the Texas Department of Transportation
(TxDOT) for Saratoga Road (S.H. 357) in the amount of $55,935.11 for the
installation of a twelve inch (12") steel casing and rerouting an existing eight inch
(8") wastewater line to permit construction of two additional lanes with
continuous left turn lane
