9 Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute Change Order
No 5 to the construction contract with Jalco, Inc., of Houston, Texas in the
amount of $83,655.07 for USACE-approved mitigation for the downstream of
Oso Lake associated with the Meadowbrook Subdivision Area Drainage
I mprovements project.
