11 Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute a Geotechnical
Services Agreement with Kleinfelder, Inc., of Waco, Texas in an estimated
amount not to exceed $290,651 for the Cefe Valenzuela Landfill Groundwater
Consulting and Quality Control/Assurance Services for 2005 and 2006; subject
to funding availability
