MOTIONS - 11/15/05
13, Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute an agreement
with the Coastal Bend Bays and Estuaries Program, Inc., (CBBEP) to construct
two breakwaters at Shamrock Island in the amount of $250,000 to provide
mitigation for Phase 6 of the Southside Water Transmission Project at its
crossing of Laguna Madre.

money required for the contract, agreement, obligation or expenditure described below is in
the Treasury to the credit of the Fund specified below, from which it is to be drawn, and
has not been appropriated for any other purpose
