29. Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute a construction
contract with King Fisher Marine, of Port Lavaca, Texas in the amount of
$3,250,000 for the Corpus Christi Ship Channel Water and Wastewater Utility
Crossing REVISED AND RE-BID for removal of the existing utility crossing
contingent upon the issuance of the Notice to Proceed being delayed until
August 2006.

representative), hereby certify to the City Council and other appropriate officer that the
money required for the contract, agreement, obligation or expenditure described below is in
the Treasury to the credit of the Fund specified below, from which it is to be drawn, and
has not been appropriated for any other purpose.
