MOTIONS - 12/13/05
4 Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute an annual joint
funding agreement with the United States Geological Survey (USGS), United
States Department of the Interior, for the continuation of surface water data
collection and limited studies by the USGS for the City's water supply activity;
and providing for the City to pay the USGS the amount $229,310, out of a total
project cost of $288,070 during the federal fiscal year October 1, 2005 through
September 30, 2006.

L the Director of Financial Services of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas (or his/her duly
authonzed representative), hereby certify to the City Council and other appropriate officers that
the money required for the current fiscal year's portion of the contract, agreement, obligation or
expenditure described below IS in the Treasury to the credit of the Fund specified below, from
whIch it is to be drawn, and has not been appropriated for any other purpose. Future payments
are subject to annual appropriation by the City Council.
