5. Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to extend the Software
Maintenance Agreement with Infosol, Inc., of Bellaire, Texas for one year in an
amount not to exceed $41,299.05 for support of the CourtHouse software
currently being utilized by the Municipal Court.
