6. Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute Amendment No.
1 to the Contract for Professional Services with Roots/Foster Associates, I nc. of
Corpus Christi, Texas in the amount or $150,385 for a total re-stated fee of
$158,710 for the Renovation of Senior and Recreation Facilities City-Wide.

required for the contract, agreement, obligation or expenditure described below is in the
Treasury to the credit of the Fund specified below, from which it is to be drawn, and has not
been appropriated for any other purpose.
