8. Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute Amendment No.
13 to the Contract for Professional Services with LNV Engineering, of Corpus
Christi, Texas for a total fee of $90,860 for a total re-stated contract fee of
$2,943.467.21 for the O.N. Stevens Water Treatment Plant Wash Water System
Project.
