9 Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute Amendment No.
4 to the Contract for Professional Services with LNV Engineering of Corpus
Christi, Texas in the amount of $352,150 for a total re-stated fee of $659,600 for
the Oso Water Reclamation Plant Structure/Process Improvements Clarifier
Bridges/Aeration Basin/Fine Bubble Diffuser.
