11. Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute an amendment
to the Put/Pay Contract with Dawson Recycling, Inc., of Gregory, Texas offering
a 15% discount off the contract rate when more than 33% of additional tonnage
over the base 2,145 tons is delivered in a contract year.
