MOTIONS - 12/20/05
18. Motion authorizing the City Manager to execute a Deferment Agreement with
Corpus Christi Housing Finance Corporation, (Developer), in the amount of
$95,018.74 for the installation of public water lines to serve West Park Addition
Lots 2 and 3 located west of McBride Lane and north of Hampshire Road, in
accordance with the Platting Ordinance Section V-Required Improvements,
Subsection A.3.(b).
