27.c. Motion approving the Sanitary Sewer Collection Line Extension Construction and
Reimbursement Agreement submitted by Ford Tex Operating, developer of
Saratoga Center, Lot 15, Block 1 (Montana Mike's Steakhouse) located east of
South Staples Street and south of Saratoga Boulevard for the installation of a
12-inch over-size, over-depth PVC sanitary sewer collection line along the east
side of South Staples Street between the City's Lift Station #5 and extending 664
linear feet south to a proposed manhole near the south property line of Saratoga
Center, Lot 16, Block 1.
