39. Motion approving a recycling service contract with Dolphin Recycling, of Corpus
Christi, Texas for the intake and processing of residential recyclable materials in
accordance with Request for Proposal No. 81-0140-05, based on the only
proposal received for an estimated annual revenue of $54,381.20. The term of
the contract shall be for five years with an option to extend the contract for up to
three additional five-year periods, subject to the approval of the supplier and the
City Manager or his designee.
