5, Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute Amendment No.
6 for Construction Management Services in the amount of $918,000 with
Anderson Group Construction Management, Inc., of Corpus Christi, Texas for a
revised, not to exceed, total fee of $2,666,840 for various Capital Improvement
Projects associated with the 2006 Capital Budget.
