5. Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute Amendment No.
2 to the Contract for Professional Services with Shiner, Moseley and Associates,
Inc., of Corpus Christi, Texas in the amount of $76,020.84 for a total re-stated
fee of $610,436.84 for the Greenwood Drive, Phase 1, from Gollihar to South
Padre Island Drive Project. (BOND ISSUE 2004)

I, the Director of Finance of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas (or his/her duly authorized
representative), hereby certify to the City Council and other appropriate officer that the
money required for the contract, agreement, obligation or expenditure described below is in
the Treasury to the credit of the Fund specified below, from which it is to be drawn, and
has not been appropriated for any other purpose.
