6.a. Motion approving the Sanitary Sewer Collection Line Extension Construction and
Reimbursement Agreement with Shaws Development Joint Venture, developer
of Northwest Crossing Subdivision Units 5 and 6 located west of Rand Morgan
Road and south of Leopard Street for the installation of 513 linear feet of off-site
15-inch sanitary sewer collection line.
