7.c. Motion approving the Arterial Transmission and Grid Main Construction and
Reimbursement Agreement submitted by Staples Development, LLC, owner and
developer of Manhattan Estates Units 1 and 2, located west of Airline Road and
south of Brooke Road for the installation of 1595 linear feet of a 12-inch PVC
water grid main.
