7.e. Motion approving the Distribution Main Extension Construction and
Reimbursement Agreement submitted by Staples Development LLC, owner and
developer of Manhattan Estates Units 1 and 2, located west of Airline Road and
south of Brooke Road for the installation of 410 linear feet of a 8-inch PVC water
distribution main.
