12. Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute Amendment No.
2 to the Contract for Professional Services with Maverick Engineering, of Corpus
Christi, Texas in the amount of $412,603 for a total re-stated fee of $1 ,846,514
for the Cimarron Boulevard Street Improvement Project:
* Phase 1 - from Saratoga to Yorktown
* Phase 2 - from Yorktown to Bison
For additional design work on Phase 1 (BOND ISSUE 2004)
