7 Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute a construction
contract with Australian Courtworks, Inc., of Brandon, Mississippi in the amount
of $535,600 for the HEB Tennis Center Improvement Project (Bond 2004) and
the West Oso Tennis Courts (CDBG).
