3 Motion approving a supply agreement for approximately 118,000 pounds of drop-
on type glass spheres, in accordance with Bid Invitation No. BI-0070-06 from
Swarco Reflex, Inc., of Mexia, Texas, based on low bid for an estimated annual
expenditure of $31 ,388. This item will be used by Street Services. The term of
the contract is for twelve months with options to extend for up to two additional
twelve-month periods, subject to the approval of the supplier and the City
Manager or his designee. Funds have been budgeted by the using department
in FY 2005-2006.
