9 Motion approving the second amendment to the Sanitary Sewer Gravity Trunk
Main, Sanitary Sewer Trunk Force Main, and Lift Station Construction and
Reimbursement Agreement with Yorktown Oso Joint Venture, owner and
developer, Rancho Vista Subdivision, to extend the time period a second time
from February 28,2006 to September 30,2006 for the developer to be eligible
for reimbursement due to delays in the completion of construction and to modify
the terms of the agreement.
