10. Motion authorizing the City Manager to execute a Deferment Agreement with
King's Crossing Realty, L TO, (Developer), in the amount of $22,000 for the
installation of paving and storm sewer public improvements to serve King's
Crossing Unit 21, The Village at King's Crossing, Block 1, Lots 1 and 2
Subdivision, located south of Lens Drive and west of Cimarron Boulevard, in
accordance with the Platting Ordinance Section V-Required Improvements,
Subsection A.3 (b).
