15. Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute a construction
contract with SLC Construction, of Conroe, Texas in the amount of
$2,720,501.55 for the Water Main Improvements: Leopard Street and Third
Street project for Base Bid "A", Base Bid "B", and Additive Alternate Numbers 1,
2,3, and 4.
