18. Motion authorizing the City Manager to employ the law firm of Hermansen,
McKibben, Woosley & Villarreal, L.L.P. to provide legal representation in Cause
No. C-05-159, Tiffany Avalos et al v. City of Corpus Chrsiti et ai, at an hourly rate
not exceeding $200, subject to certification of funds.
