15. Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to procure twenty software
licenses and portable printers from Advanced Public Safety (APS), of Deerfield
Beach, Florida in an amount not to exceed $76,518. The PocketCitation
application will enable police officers to issue tickets electronically in the field.
