18. Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute Amendment No.
4 to a contract with Freese & Nichols, Inc., of Fort Worth, Texas in the amount of
$65,000 for engineering services for the fifth year of a Five Year Inspection and
Monitoring Program at Wesley Seale Dam.
