19. Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute a Right-of-Way
Easement containing 1.089 acres and a Utility Easement containing .294 acres,
both located at the southeast corner of the Yorktown Boulevard and Cimarron
Boulevard intersection, from the owners Robert J. Gonzalez and wife, Carrie L.
Gonzalez, in the total amount of $182,200, both necessary for the Cimarron
Boulevard Street Improvement Project (#6262), Phase 2, Bond 2004 and for
other municipal purposes.
