MOTIONS - 02/28/06
20. Motion authorizing the City Manager to execute a Deferment Agreement with
Kelly Pharr Investors, L TO, (Developer), in the amount of $98,100.20 for the
installation of water, wastewater, and storm sewer public improvements to serve
Brookhaven Subdivision Block 8, Lots 2 and 3, located east of U. S. Highway No.
77 and south of Brookhaven Drive, in accordance with the Platting Ordinance
Section V-Required Improvements, Subsection A.3 (b).
